10AM - 6PM

Class Size Max: 6

Interested in printing with the ease of cyanotype, while producing work in a variety of colors? In this workshop, spend a summer day with Penumbra instructor, Anne Eder, making cyanotypes and toning them using environmentally friendly botanicals. Participants will learn basic cyanotype chemistry mixing, paper coating, and printing techniques. Then, the class will experiment with toning their prints with different plants and learn how each plant can alter the color of the final print. Students are welcome to bring in previously printed cyanotypes for experimenting, objects for photograms, and digital files to be printed as digital negatives.

Tuition includes a $80 materials fee.

If your desired tuition option is unavailable, please email info@penumbrafoundation.org and we will do our best to accommodate you. If the entire class is sold out, we can add you to the waitlist.
